Hi, I’m Mackenzie! I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker dedicated to creating a safe, supportive, and inclusive space where clients feel seen, heard, and valued. I work with children, teens, young adults, adults, and families navigating challenges such as eating disorders, anxiety, depression, substance use, self-harm, and identity and self-discovery. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and individualized, drawing from a variety of evidence-based therapeutic approaches to meet each client where they are.

I believe therapy should be a space where you can be fully yourself while also being gently challenged to grow. I strive to offer a therapeutic relationship grounded in empathy, creativity, authenticity, and connection. I offer a space that makes room for where you are right now and pushes you toward meaningful change. I believe healing happens through trust, collaboration, and taking things one step at a time, and I would be honored to walk alongside you in that process.
